One of our great pleasures this December was to go and watch Lia in her first recital. For the most part she was a shining star, and even when her gloves or audience adorers distracted her, she was still pretty dang cute!
Matt tried out the bearded style, (he said it made him more like Santa Claus). This picture demonstrates that his facial hair was long enough to sport a bobby pin, and actually for awhile he got his beard even longer.
For one beautiful day we had snow all over Yucaipa!
Right before Christmas we had the chance to visit Melissa's grandma and grandpa. Her aunts, uncles, cousins and their kids joined the gathering, and we had a splendid time, as the next few pictures show.
