Kauai Day One

Finally we make it to the saga of Kauai! Our first day started in our wonderful condo which overlooked an amazing bit of ocean. Of course it also had to start out with a banana shoot-out. This is how Matt and I settle our differences...you can see who was winning...poor kid never stood a chance.
The wounded soldier had to rest on our amazing balcony. Poor boy, what was he to do?




After awhile we set out to see a few sights. Kauai is full of places to explore. For such a little island there is such a variety of places to see.
Because our first day was a Sunday, we just took it easy and hit a few "must see" spots. We weren't disappointed by a single one!
