Life is Only Boarding if You Let it Be!

Well, we are doing a little bit better about posting sooner than later. As far as news goes, we redecorated...
...to make room for these bad boys:
Yes, that's correct, we do have not just one, but two surfboards to try and kill ourselves on! Sweet! We took them out yesterday and a few days before that. Admittedly we totally stink right now, mostly due to a lack of muscle in the paddling area. But Saturday brought improvement from the time before that, so we are hopeful things will keep getting better, and soon we'll be tearing up those breaks (just lets pray not with our faces!)!

In addition to our groovy boards, Melissa is very excited about her new phone. Such a silly thing, but it's nice to have a little phone for little hands, and it does a cool "switch blade" thing...go Juke!
Life is good. Our biggest problem is the new roaches from hell we accidentally created. We put out this bait stuff, but apparently it mutates the roaches, causing them to ignore their inherent fear of the light. Suddenly now we have all these urukai roaches running around...we're pretty sure we've seen the White Hand of Sauroman on a couple of them. Disgusting! Just today we've had 6 or 7 show their disgusting selves...Melissa even unintentionally kicked one...that means it touched her foot...that is GROSS!

That's about all for life though. School is just going on for Melissa and Matt is still student teaching funny little 8th graders. Before we sign out, we have a confession to make: What really happened to Smeagul. You all know we had to get rid of our fellows, but what we didn't tell you is that Smeagul actually found his own way out. It was totally crazy...nothing we could do top stop it. One second the cute little guy is just laying on the floor, the next second Dorothy shows up in a tornado and lands her fridge right on top of him! Very Wicked Witch of the East, we admit. Thus, here is a tribute to our Smeagul; at least he died with food, his one true love.

Alright, peace all!

wow, sounds like life is going well for you guys. We are chugging along, waiting patiently for March 28. If this baby is overdue I am going to scream, I've been waiting long enough. We need another big vacation to look forward to. That makes the time go by way faster. Oh, and I don't blame you for keeping your name choices to yourself. Believe me, you will need them... choosing a name is like shaping the future of your baby. I mean, who is going to hire someone whose name is Bambi Agnes, you know? Well, hope all is well, talk to you guys later.
