Our Christmas season was so fun and busy! Where to start?!
Adopting the tradition of Melissa's family, we built our own Christmas village...
...Chris and Robin helped us. This was Chris' masterpiece...
...and here is Robin's...
...she likes big coconuts...
...Melissa made an "ode to Tangled" (GREAT movie by the way!)...
...and Matt went with a good old buyou theme. (A couple days later one, or all, of our cats ate the fish out of Matt's swamp. Matt bravely fought back tears.)...
...Elliot's house was true to being a girly-girl. Her "fun slide" out of the roof was her mommy's favorite thing though!
We got to go to our very first dinner party! However, this was no simple party...we had been invited to a murder mystery!
Hosted by this lovely lady, Lorell, (one of Matt's teacher's at school), and her husband! Their house was beautiful, and everyone came dressed in 1940's garb. We all had to act French, (or try to get out of acting), and play a part in the game. Very, very fun!
Here are the lovely ladies! One of them was the killer...guess who...Melissa! Yep, that's right. And nobody figured it out. She's so clever!
The handsome gentlemen!
A few days later Elliot got to visit her great grandparents. We were so glad for an opportunity to see them!
